Dr. DiCarlo
This is Dr. DiCarlo. I first thought he came by because he liked poking on me, but Mommy & Daddy said he's here to help. It seems that we have some family friends who have had the pleasure of having him as their Doc. I like his smile. He is one of the best baby doctors in the country and I thank God he's one of my docs.
DiCarlo was also McClain's doc there in NICU at Brookwood. He is a special person, as are all those who work there everyday. Thank God for them and the crucial work they do. I will keep praying.

About My Name
Jonathan comes from the Old Testament and means "Yahweh gave." The man Jonathan was the eldest son of Saul, a courageous warrior, and a faithful friend to David. ----------------------------------------- Stephen comes from the New Testament and means "crown." The book of Acts records Stephen as being full of the Spirit and willing to die for his faith in Christ. ----------------------------------------- Ray comes from my earthly Daddy, just in case you were wondering.
Get to know me, I...
am as cute as a bug's ear, whatever that means.
am becoming more mild mannered and agreeable in my old age, LOL.
am calmed by Mommy touching my foot. Mine are the only feet she likes, including her own.
am feisty. Mr. Turnipseed says the apple did not roll far from the tree.
am soothed by music. It helps me regroup after being "handled" & my O2 saturation rate recovers quicker when my tunes are playin'.
am ticklish.
can't sneeze just once. Whenever I sneeze it comes in bunches, just like my folks.
don't like being picked at or handled, which is rather inconvenient in the NICU.
don't like it when they cover my hands. I always find a way to get them free, LOL!
drool a lot and smack when I get a feeding.
eat really fast, too fast!
have really blonde hair, which all the ladies seem to think is cute.
like being held kangaroo style by my Mommy & Daddy!
like to sleep all scrunched up at the end of my crib.
love all natural milk.
make faces at my visitors & nurses.
really like sleeping on my tummy, just like Mommy & Daddy.
regularly hear about Jesus from Mommy & Daddy. My Mom sings "Jesus Love Me" & tells me all the cool Bible stories when we cuddle.
sleep with a crook in my right leg and like having my head rest on my hands, like Daddy.
snore, LOL!
sometimes twitch when I am sound asleep.
squirm & wiggle all the time causing me to get extra tape on my hook ups.
